Welcome to the area's best all-star tournament. Always the weekend after Memorial Day (June 2-5, 2016), we've now hosted a great weekend tournament for many years. Once again we're full in every division, ages 8-12.

The 1st annual Battle of the Bay was played on Sunday, April 24th. The format was a total of 3 games where NHBA's top 3 Bronco Division teams (by current standings as of April 21) played their counterparts on the other side of the bay (Newport Beach Baseball Association). Our #1 played their #1, our #2 vs. their #2, and our #3 vs. their #3. The #2s & #3s played at Mariners 1, with the #3s @ 10:00am, the #2s at 1:00pm, and the @1s played at Bonita Sports Park beginning at 4:00 on the 24th.

Newport Harbor Baseball Association (NHBA) is the PONY youth baseball organization for Newport Beach "West". Anyone between the ages of 5-14 can play in the league.
While there are technically no geographic boundaries, NHBA draws its players primarily from the neighborhoods in the west Newport Beach and Costa Mesa areas.
The league emphasizes player development in a fun, safe atmosphere.

(May 10) 2 foldable camping chairs (royal blue and navy blue) with covers left at BH2 field adjacent to the bleachers on Tuesday, 5/10
(May 4) Bownet and sweatshirt left at Bob Henry. Please email me if it's yours
(April 16) new right-handed Rawlings mitt lost at Bob Henry. It has a circle in the Pocket.
(April 14) A relatively new first baseman's mitt was found on the fields at Ensign. Probably a Pinto American or Pinto National player. Please email email@example.com if it's yours.
